As a company which prides itself on being a reliable partner and service provider, we have a well-developed sense of customer focus and a service-oriented mentality. We offer our customers a fast, global all-round service covering everything from individual training to an easy-access hotline, repair and maintenance as well as the rapid delivery of spare parts.

Training

Every HEMO parts cleaning system is professionally commissioned on site by our technicians. And it goes without saying that we’ll provide you with easily understandable technical documentation – if required complete with training for your system operators in our training centre. To ensure economical, safe operation of your HEMO system, as well as preparatory training we also offer courses at a later stage. These are used for our experts to provide fundamental knowledge about the functional characteristics and core components of the system, as well as maintenance and servicing. As HEMO cleaning systems are highly user-friendly, clearly structured, easy to control and also require only low maintenance, the training input required will be minimal.

Maintenance / Repair

Durability, good availability and operating reliability all add up to a minimal servicing and maintenance requirement, and are among the reasons why HEMO systems are in such high demand the world over. But just like any car which has to go in for a service at certain intervals, HEMO technology also benefits from preventive maintenance. For the small number of tasks which should be performed at certain intervals, our technicians draw up individual maintenance schedules.

And should the unexpected ever occur, you can rely on a rapid response from the experienced technicians of our in-house and field service teams: Thanks to our international service and sales network, we can either send a technician to you on site, or we can fix the problem by remote diagnosis and maintenance over our hotline. We can dial directly into the control system of your machine using our teleservice facility.

Overview

Spare part supplies

An extensive stock of spares allows us to deliver important parts to you with minimal delay. Apart from manufactured components and customer-specific products, spare parts can be available within 24 hours (Mondays to Thursdays between 7.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Fridays between 7.00 a.m. and 4 p.m.)

In case of emergency, any order placed with us before 2.00 p.m. will reach you on the next working day by 12.00 midday (invoiced separately).
